I wrote the below review on 12 March 2026 and to date no one from budget insurance has given me a call. They will refer you to the worst panel beaters who will mess up your car. Got an accident in October 2025, claimed and was told to take my car to Renew it Greenstone panel beaters. I took it there and it was there for close to a month. In November I fetched the car. I got the shock of my life as the workmanship done on the car was horrible and poor. I told them and they told me to bring back the car in January 2026 as they were going to be closing early in December. I went back in January 2026, they told me they are fully booked and I must come back in February. I went back in February, dropped the car and left it to be fixed. After work I went to collect my car, but nothing was properly done, it was still a mess. I complained to them, but they never took me serious. I foned my insurance complaining and they reached out to Renew it Greenstone who then agreed they will arrange a courtesy car for me at their cost so that I bring back the car for proper rework. Renew it Greenstone promised to get me a car from their head office, that was in February. To-date they keep telling me excuses. I foned Budget Insurance several times and they kept saying they will do a follow up and they never did. Now I am so frustrated because my car is messed up and my insurance is not coming to the party to help me. When I call Renew it Greenstone, they don't pick up my calls.

My service advisor is Nomthandazo and she doesn't pick up my calls anymore or reach out to me as to what the way forward will be. She is so unprofessional. Now I am so frustrated because my car is messed up. When I call Renew it Greenstone, they don't pick up my calls. I even foned the head office complaining but they seem to not care as well.

It's been 3weeks now and they keep telling me stories, surely, they **** to Budget insurance about the courtesy car, and they are not going to fix my car. I have foned Budget insurance several times complaining and they keep saying they will do a follow up, but nothing has been done to date. I am so frustrated as my car is messed up and no one is coming to the party to assist me. I am so disappointed in Budget insurance. They don't value their customers.

Europcar is the worst . I returned the vehicle in good order, it was checked in my presence, they confirmed everything is fine. Later on they sent me a whatsup nd said I caused damages. Why wait for me to leave and then tell me stories? I asked for a picture before I took the car to show the car did not have that damage and they said they don’t take pictures. I think that’s their way of reaping customers off. How do you accuse me of something that you cannot prove. To date they have not given me my refund . I foned and asked to speak to management but I was told excuses. Pls don’t make a mistake of renting out their cars bcos you will regret. You will pay for damages you never caused. Their service is extremely a nightmare with poor staff who don’t value customers.
