A great thanks to Eugene and Tshidiso for their help and support in assisting me when I needed a vehicle. They showed me thinks I didn’t know on how to get my ITC right thanks guys.

Horrible and dishonest service. Rated less than 1 star.
Horrible and dishonest service provided. For three days I have been pushing away my disappointment towards a brand I loved so much. I visited Willard Batteries Gezina on 20 January 2026 with a concern that I was entitled to repairing/replacing because of the warranty on my battery. Upon arrival, I stated my concerns to the one of the service providers/consultants at the premises. The most traumatic part of the encounter is that I gave him as much respect as possible, but I was met with a lot of hostility by a boy whose name was Jeandre at first encounter. Even though it was clear that car battery was the problem, he went on to say that alternator is over charging, there is something wrong with the fuses, you need to change your tyres, and the list goes on. Essentially, everything but the battery is faulty. Even though I took the initiative to get 4 other opinions to confirm the accusations made by Jeandre about the alternator, he then said, when I got back for a second time (his name was now apparently Reuben), that the 4 other opinions were all wrong and Willard Batteries Gezina is the best. To make matters worse, he didn’t explain what he was doing on his machine, instead he quickly went through steps and went on to say that there was a surface charge, whereas the other service providers said there was none. What I learned is that, even though THEIR batteries have a 25 months warranty, you can’t claim from it, your battery will NOT get checked, they will damage the terminals to prove their point, and your claim will be rejected before you even raise your concern with headoffice (due to the fact that Jeandre/Reuben communicates directly with the area rep). Willard Batteries (Gezina) will NEVER get my business again, and I will NEVER suggest it to others.

Tshidiso Mogale.
There are few things in life that excite me, and great customer service is definitely at the top of the list. Not only does speak to service provider which, in this case, is a salesperson, but it also speaks to the beauty of the work environment. For this, I am utterly grateful for Tshidiso Mogale for the patience and the great service.
