Horrible and unprofessional service.
I settled my payday loan early 19/01/26 and sent through my proof of payment. However they still debited my account. I sent numerous emails with no response. The phone number on their website doesn't work. I requested my refund via email and they don't respond. Don't know how I'm going to get my money back.

Finchoice is absolutely USELESS!!!
Finchoice is f7cken useless. Debited my account twice after my loan that was settled. I have sent neumerous emails. I finally got through to the customer service after holding on for more than an hour. I was explaining what happened but consultant dropped the call in my ear. I would never recommend Funchoice to anybody. They are a bunch of *****s.
