If I could give a zero star I would, we bought wifi on the 26th and when we tried to connect it gave us two errors, one saying already authorizing, retry later another one saying subscriber provided no valid authentication credentials, we opened millions of support tickets and all we got were vague instructions that did not help with anything, yesterday we bought another one, still got the same issue when we tried to connect, the numbers provided for calling don't go through our only means of communication is through email and thar is where we are getting instructions to reboot our phones and forget the network, why is this resetting not done on your end or you give us something that actually works? If this cannot be done we demand a refund of the money used to purchase both the Wi-Fi connections then we can try other alternatives. The person who was giving these instructions is Keabetswe, she left it hanging until today.
I would like to compliment Tracy for the good service she provided even while on leave, we moved in yesterday and she was very helpful when we kept on enquiring firstly about our fingerprints then about us not being able to buy electricity, she went above her call of duty and we really appreciate it, we thought we were going to be without electricity until they reopen on the 5th but she escalated the matter until it was resolved. Keep up the good work Tracy and enjoy the rest of your holidays.
