I just want to share that this whole franchise is a damn ****!!! They will never give back your deposit and Jacob deserves a seat right next to Satan in hell!! He is the most inhumane human being I've ever come across. I hope he burns in hell for eternity. What a disgusting piece of human being.
I'm extremely frustrated with the inefficiencies of government institutions, particularly GEPF. My experience has been marred by incompetence. I initially submitted my documents in December, only to be informed mid-January that I needed to resubmit – with no prior notification from them. Had I not followed up, I wouldn't have been aware of the issue. After resubmitting, I followed up again in mid-February, only to discover that the bank verification had failed. Once again, I had to initiate the call; they didn't contact me. Now, they've asked me to complete a BAS form and submit it to the bank, but I'm still in limbo with no clear update. It's incredibly draining. Could a competent GEPF representative please review my case and contact me? This situation is unacceptable.
This review doesn't pertain to my stay at the unit, but rather the subpar service I've experienced. However, I must commend one staff member, Elle, who was exceptionally efficient and polite. Unfortunately, the rest of the team fell short. I've been trying to obtain a refund of R3900 for three weeks, but my efforts have been unsuccessful. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they promise action but deliver nothing. I'm urgently requesting that someone contacts me to resolve this matter and process my refund as soon as possible.
