Still waiting for my refund - it has been almost 2 weeks now.
This is the 4th day with no communication from Betway!!!!
So sad to be writing this - I have been a loyal Betway client since its inception and have unfortunately been massively let down this year. Betway only seem to care about the marketing of the Springboks and the SA t20 Cricket to care about their loyal clients. Over the last year, the service received from Betway has been nothing short of embarrassing - I was fortunate enough to be allocated a relationship manager, whom always went above and beyond to see to my needs until this year. Through no fault of his own, as I’m sure his hands were tied from upper management - the bonuses stopped, the yearly gifts were non existent and just the general feeling that you were looked after disapated. There was no longer a relationship and I was forced to go through the channels of phone and chat queues, which I would rather not comment on. I eventually decided to close my account through pure frustration and not even a phone call was made to see why and what the issue was….i will gladly spend my well earned money at a competitor that cares about their clients. Good riddance
