Fastway lost my parcel which was supposed to be delivered by the 24th of December 2025. I struggled trying to contact them until I managed to find someone to help over their WhatsApp line.I was informed that my parcel got lost due to the company replacing drivers.I was told that an email with the tracking number of the re-ordered item, was forwarded to my email, which was not the case.Then the lady forwarded the communication via WhatsApp, which was the last time I received feedback from the company (on Wednesday; the 7th of January 2026).
I purchased a few pendant lights from Elevenpast on the 12th of December 2025 and received the order on the 15th of December. When I opened the boxes, one of the pendant lights did not include electrical fittings, therefore it could not be installed.I contacted the company and they could not take full accountability for the incident and were unprofessional (I was transferred to the dispatch manager, who hung up on me).They arranged for a replacement which I have not received till today (06 January 2026).
