ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am beyond frustrated with the service from Perfect Dealz. To be honest, I would give this business a negative star rating if it were possible. I placed an order based on their advertised 24-hour dispatch guarantee, yet my order is still stuck in "processing." While I received a generic email mentioning a "fulfillment delay," the company has since gone completely silent. I have attempted to contact them multiple times via the provided phone number (011 048 2402) and their WhatsApp line (064 601 3518), but I have received absolutely no response. It is completely unprofessional to promise 24-hour dispatch, fail to meet your own standards, and then become unreachable when a customer follows up. I am no longer interested in waiting for an order that should have been sent out days ago. I am officially requesting an immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund to my original payment method. Perfect Dealz, please acknowledge this request and confirm the refund immediately.

Never ever order from one deal a day, they are ****mers! They are not sending tracking information, no update on the order and it's been over 10 days! Whatever you do, do not order from them, I am beyond frustrated! Even items I ordered from shein and temu after purchasing from One deal a day have long been delivered. I want a refund as in yesterday
