Same issue as last month. Sending messages of outstanding payments. The cae was returned by myself and still they try to deduct the installment. Last month was the same issue and the deduction was only after 2 weeks refund after all the phone calls of debtors and explanations. I have proof.
Planet 42 did respond back to my query although it did not realized as yet. They have put me as pensioner in so bad situation that my debit orders did not go through as i had been deducted almost R9600. I have to carry all bank costs. An excuse is easy to say but do they suffer the consequences. I hope for the best that they have cancelled the debit order as im not giving further approval for deduction and to block it. Really dissapointed as you just have to wait for one day.
Do not refund you. Deduct unauthorised. Dont allow queries to the right people. Customer care block you
I will not even rate them. Im so bad luck and everytime someone else ****** around. I try almost a week now failing to load my fica documents. Some agents tell you how to take pictures etc. But still in vain. This morning someone advise me to send it with email which i did with my story. It seems nobody wants to assist and where im staying there is no Hollywoodbets shops or assistants. Its really a high concern. I need manually assistance and no one can help me.
