Wanderers SA20 refund. In line with all the other complaints on this platform, I have also received no refund despite several emails sent. All emails are completely ignored. Sadly this puts TicketPro in a very bad light and seemingly they are happy to de***** people. I too will not use them in the future, as they are clearly *************.
********* practices by HiFi corporation. I recently order online for an item from hifi corporation, stock was confirmed, order placed and paid, funds taken off my credit card. A day later I receive a call from Cresta branch indicating that the item had been sold to someone else after I placed my order and they no longer have stock. This in itself is highly *********. In addition to this, I was informed that they will refund my payment in 7-14 days. Again, highly *********. The two issues here are the facts that they saw fit to sell the items I had already purchased from under me, and then hold in to my funds for an extended period. Why should I bear the cost of their error. In discussing with their staff, they were completely unhelpful with this matter, and simply passed it on to another department who did not come back to me. I followed up with a their online complaints department and only received a response indicating it had been passed on to the relant person. No call to date, nearly a week later. Absolutely pathetic, considering their statement that they provide excellent customer satisfaction and have empowered staff. Clearly the company condone ********* practices as I have detailed, are not committed to customer service, and definitely do not have empowered staff as this was simply passed on to another person with no follow up.
