Our indoor fireplace needed its glass to be repaired as it was cracked and broken. They replaced it and the first fire we had it cracked again and broke. i.e. they got the wrong type of glass. We also wanted a service and it turned out just be a glorified clean that anyone could have done
I bought a SAMSUNG 55 inch TV and DSTV Explora 2 online from the BLACK 5 DAY special on the 21st of November. Payment was confirmed and i chose to collect it from the Germiston store. On the 28th of November i got an order confirmation email saying that it will take 7-10 days to get ready. I'm confused by this as shouldn't the collection date be calculated from the date i bought and paid for the items? I sent an email to ********** querying this and alas i get no reply! What is going on with my order as it is the 8th 'business' day after I ordered my items and still no sign its near. I don't even know why i'm surprised by this after not receiving any information back from the online support.
