They are full of BS honestly, we haven’t had water for 4 days and when we call they say it takes 24-48 hours every consultant we get on the line says the same thing. There is no progress and they have zero sense of urgency, also the consultants are very rude
Zero sense of urgency when it comes to attending our academic issues but very quick to send constant reminders to pay our fees. Emails have been sent, a lot of numbers have been called. I have been passed from department to department with no clear answers, everyone in the Musgrave campus seems to know nothing we always have to email people who aren’t around Durban, then those people don’t even answer our calls or emails.
