Just an update, my item was STILL not canceled. In fact after a month of trying to cancel it. The item was still delivered. After a month of calling into Makro, and them saying they will escalate. They did not. In fact the item was delivered. Macro are a bunch of ****s. How could you make your customers run around like this for a cancelation.
I called there contact center 6 times to cancel online order and they never canceled it. Then I was promised a call back from a team lead and still no call back. It was escalated twice and still no cancelation. This service is ridiculous. There communication throughout the process was pathetic. I canceled my item 3 times and the only communication I got was that it was shipped to the courier. Why would you ship a canceled item? Its been almost a month and still i haven't received my money back either. They make promises and cant keep up with it.
