My mother has been a client since 2010 but the service we are receiving now is unacceptable. Since B3 partnered with Clientele, her account has been debited twice every month by both companies. We have tried resolving this multiple times, but we are being sent from pillar to post — Clientele says speak to B3, and B3 says speak to Clientele. Calls to B3 result in being on hold for over an hour, agents are unable to assist, and no manager is available to resolve the issue. Clientele requires a letter from B3 to reverse the debit, but B3 is not responding to calls or emails. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially for a funeral policy. We need urgent resolution
I received excellent customer service from Mpho Tlhapi. He truly knows how to WOW customers and clearly enjoys his work. He is patient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his work. He initially contacted me after I requested a car insurance quote. While I appreciated his effort, a follow-up conversation with his manager felt too persuasive and pressured, even after I explained that I needed time to compare options. As a result, I decided not to proceed at that stage. This morning, Mpho called me again and the experience was completely different. He was calm, respectful, and offered me a better discount. His professional and understanding approach changed my mind and I accepted the offer immediately. Mpho managed to turn me from a detractor into a passive customer and ultimately won the sale. I’m very glad he followed up before I accepted another insurer’s offer. His empathy, professionalism, and excellent service made all the difference. Well done, Mpho—keep up the great work!
