Standard Bank Hayfields has the worst customer service ever. They take your name and ignor you. Twice I've sat there for over 30 minutes with absolutely no movement at the con-sutants. I fear they are *********** and untrained. The man next to me had been waiting 15 minutes longer than me. Your business is failing and your industry is ruining our lives. All i wanted to do was close a 7 day call account that should not even be open if were not for a ****ty app. Facial recognition for my safety, BULL****. I will not be part of your satanic one world banking system.
Its been 10 years now that I've gone to Afrix for gas bottle exchange. Today I found out after driving to the premises that they don't take cash anymore. I had to hoot at the gate as security was away from his post just to be told my money isn't good there. Good luck for the future, it looks like you're going to need it when your digital ******* turns to nothing.
