Poor service / not practicing good standards as per customer satisfsction
Worst company to deal with. Staff are incorpetant and waste your time with false information regarding your application. They are not honest from the beginning. Consultant Matt worse consultant to deal with His not trained in his profession and very rude.0 replies

i was assisted by ELvis who was very efficient and is excellent with his customer service however lendplus is disappointing in the sense on their own computer error they blacklist you and are unable to rectify their mistake which impacts you negatively in itc0 replies
