If I could give them zero star I would. I have been dealing with them since the floods in April and have been receiving the most horrible service ever. They never respond to emails, never answer calls and when they do respond their responses never address any of your concern. all they know is sending levy statements. We still waiting for financial statements in order to hold an AGM it's August nothing has come.
I bought a Defy fridge last year end May. In October it started having problems it was not cooling. I called Bradlows Durban - Game City and told them about this on the 31st, Defy sent someone to come have a look and they couldn't figure out what the problem was. In Nov I called Bradlows again to tell them that the Fridge was still not working and they told me they will send someone again but that never happened. The fridge then started cooling, seemed like it was working again until it started freezing everything in it even the top part, then last week it defrosted itself and now it won't cool again, its warm, the light is on and it's making the sound but it is not cooling. On Saturday I had to throw away everything that was inside because it was now off. I called Bradlows this morning again I was told I was going to be called back. I need Defy to come get this fridge and replace it with a new one or give me my money back, its now the second time that I have had to throw away food because it went off. For such a reputable brand it is appauling that you have such a stupid fridge. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!
I was in an accident end January and I claimed from Santam. The guy who bumped my car told me He will be liable for my access. I asked my broker Maria Mashinini and She told me I must pay it and them claim it back from Santam. I spoke to a customer service agent who told me the same and advised that it takes about 2 weeks. That 2 weeks turned into months, I have been calling them and being promised that the following week till today its still the following week. when I put this on Twitter I was then told there are no guarantees that the excess gets recovered from the 3rd party. They should have told me that in the first place and also if they failed to recover the money why not communicate that with me??? Why string me along and push me from pillar to post? I would like my money paid or proper feedback as to what is happening with the claim!!!
