Intercape is the funcking worst bus service in SA you book a ticket for 21:00 and have to arrive 30min earlier just to let you know the bus is 3h15min late the problem is when we as the passengers are late they leave you behind but you have to wait for them and just ****ing understand when they are late without any ****ing compensation this **** must stop they must either refund the passengers or give a discount if the passenger still want to travel with them is is ****ing unacceptable.
Telkom is the ****ing worst network of all they rob clients and you have to wait for your services to be activated after it was suspended but they already have your ****en money now I must wait 14 days and if I reverse the money and pay it at any Easy Pay branch I will have to pay extra R200 for a failed debit order Telkom can go **** themselves.
The lady who helped me was quite friendly and professional she explained everything to me calmly and not in a rush as some people do when they finish a sale I must say she explained everything step by step.
