I have never found myself in such a horrible experience. This morning we had an issue when I requested and Tinashe with vehicle plates KM93LBGP accepted the ride. The fare was R168 and from my knowledge the driver accepts the ride or can adjust the ride. When I requested, the asking price was R166 and the driver accepted the ride at a price of R168. What manner of unprofessionalism prompted him to wanting to set the ride to being compared with bolt and not only compared with Bolt but also tells us that the price should range from R180+, we had a back and forth and this resulted in me being late for work and being handed a warning. I would like to know if this is the kind of conduct that indrive has when selecting drivers and is this the way you conduct business by drivers setting a price that opposes what was on the app and also saying that a competitor sets the price in a certain manner. I have not had bad experience but this one has set a horrible tone with working with indrive. This is beyond terrible and I will look at avenues to make sure accountability is granted to its highest form. My income has been shaken and will by all means pursue all the options necessary to make sure accountability is reached. We choose indrive because of how reliable it has been but today it has disappointed my expectations very bad.
I am utterly disappointed, the departure times were changed 2 times and I really want to be booked in a bus that departures either 30 minutes earlier of departure time or a bus that will depart after 17h30. I strategically chose the time I chose to depart given the circumstances that need me in Welkom. I demand to be reinstated into a bus that fits my schedule ASAP.
