Please be very careful before taking out the RenewTech cover from LiquidCapital/SAVM. They state on their website at (see https://www.liquidcapital.co.za/car-products/renewtech-tech/#whats-covered) the following regarding seat panels: "The seat panels of your car can easily become damaged due to frequent friction from getting in and out of your car. Fixing these damages will make your car look as good as new." My claim is exactly about "damages due to frequently getting in and out of the car." Or must your customers drive their vehicles without getting in it? The driver's seat panel of my 2022 Ford Ranger with 50 000km on the clock started to crack/flake obviously due "to getting in and out of the vehicle" but LiquidCapital/SAVM rejected the claim as "the damage exceeds the policy benefits". Really, what damages do you as LiquidCapital/SAVM then see as eligible "damages due to frequently getting in and out of your car"? What will be covered as a claim? Maybe getting in and out of your car without touching the seats? Could you please clarify this simple question. Please don't phone me in person again to explain it to me. Explain it here so that the broader public are also informed as well. In addition, all representatives/salespersons who sell or market the RenewTech policy of LiquidCapital/SAVM (Motus Ford Paarden Eiland in my case) now have the responsibility to inform and sensitize each and every potential client that not all "damages due to frequent........ of your car" are covered by the RenewTech policy. The responsibility on Motus Ford Paarden Eiland to inform all new clients of what is covered and what not is even bigger now since the rejection of the claim is now known. Potential customers must not be mislead regarding the coverage of damages. In addition to the questionable statement regarding the fixing of "damages due to frequent friction ....." I also see on LiquidCapital's website that they're "focused on the customer at all times" and that they "make sure we're in the driving seat." If this is not marketing jargon just to fill up marketing space, then please honor your policy? You also advocate on your website that you "set out clear values to guide our business to be a better LiquidCapital for our customers and employees" and that you see yourself, among other things, as "Gurus - customer experience touch-points micro-moments, customer-focused", "Chiefs - results, ethics, knowledge, trust, creating value for stakeholders". My LiquidCapital/SAVM experience currently raises a big question mark of the above.
