My favorite store! Old school customer service with an awesome customer experience. Always going the extra mile and they have a way to make you feel part of the family! The team is clued up and passionate about the cycling lifestyle! Just a special mention to Gift! He is such an awesome guy and I trust his input about bikes and everything related. Keep it up!
I purchased a product back in September 2024 and returned it shortly thereafter. It's January 2026 and I still haven't received feedback, credit, or a refund. The product was apparently sent back to the supplier but that's where it ends. I have sent numerous emails, spoke to management at the Moreletapark pick up point, spoke again to the staff but nobody knows what's happening! I called customer service but half-way through the conversation they hang up. I even contacted the supplier directly but still haven't had a response. The sad thing is that I've been supporting Takealot all the way, despite this horrible experience. You can cause a scene, jump up and down and go crazy, they couldn't care less and nobody is taking ownership. Just give me my product back if you're not willing to assist me!
