I have fully settled my Nedbank accounts and have been attempting for weeks to obtain paid-up letters confirming settlement. Despite following every internal escalation process, logging multiple requests, and receiving repeated assurances, nothing has been actioned. Promises are made. Deadlines are given. No delivery follows. On one account, I was informed that it reflects a credit balance. I was asked to submit my banking details for a refund, which I did immediately. Nedbank’s stated turnaround time is 10 business days. It has now been over a month — no refund, no update, no explanation. I have exhausted all internal complaint channels. I should not have to repeatedly beg for basic administrative documentation and funds owed to me. This is now a formal request for immediate resolution: • Issue all outstanding paid-up letters • Process the credit balance refund • Provide written confirmation of closure If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with regulatory escalation. I expect accountability and a definitive timeline for resolution.
