I have a faulty router and am currently out of contract. I visited the Telkom store at Keywest and was told that in order to receive a new router, I have to upgrade to a higher package — both in terms of speed and price. All I want is to remain on the same package and simply renew my contract for another 2 years. However, Telkom is refusing to allow this, effectively forcing me to upgrade if I want to stay. As a result, I’ve decided to cancel my service. Unfortunately, the Telkom portal is not user-friendly, and I cannot find where to cancel the contract. The call centre is equally unhelpful — I keep getting transferred with no assistance or resolution. I have Vumatel available in my area and would like to switch, but Telkom is making it extremely difficult to cancel. Please assist urgently
I won R2000 on the 702 "what the question" competition more than a month ago. They promised to pay within 21 days and it over a month without confirmation of payment. When I try to contact the Primedia Broadcasting Prizes Department on (011) 506 3262/3467 or email prizes.help@primedia.co.za they either drop the call or dont respond to any of my emails. I am beginning to think that this competition is one big **** as there is absolutely no way to get hold of them.
Telkom Mobile is the most unless company ever. In December 2021 they billed me double and then I paid the amount as I was fearing that they will list me on ITC. Again Janaury's bill is wrong. So I am trying numerous time per day to cancel the contract but then the call centre line keeps dropping. I am so frustrated as I can get my contract cancelled.
I applied for applied for a limit increase on my Standard Bank (banking app) on 10 January 23 and the application was approved. I received a confirmation contract the same day and it is almost a week and the funds are not reflecting in my account. I made numerous calls and they say because it was a online application the call centre and branches cant help me. I think they can keep the money but now there is an enquire on my credit score and I am sitting without the funds
Good Day I am an extremely unhappy customers of We Buy Cars. I bought a vehicle on the 23 October 2022 from The DOME branch and paid cash for it. I was told by the sales person that the only additional cost I would incur is paying for the vehicle license disc. To my surprise when I attempt to take out the license disc, I was told that the car needs to go for roadworthy. Which was very strange as the change of ownership was done. When I contacted the sales person he told me that I need to redeem a Dekra voucher for the roadworthy but upon checking the we buy cars website and subsequent visit to Dekra Roodepoort they told me there was no voucher available on the system for. The sales person then made a u-turn and told me the voucher expired and that I was liable for the cost of R750 (for the roadworthy). I was never told about taking the car for roadworthy nor that a Dekra voucher needed to be redeemed. I was forced to pay the R750 and now I am not being refunded for it. What hurts me is that I bought 2 cars from them this year, one was 278k and other 169k but they can even refund me a lousy R750. I am not even asking for the fuel I used to take the car for roadworthy nor the time i needed to take-off work to get the paper work sorted. They will never get a cent again from me
