Terrible
Four cabinets ordered. One small cabinet was scratched on both sides, dented on one side and paint chipped on the front. Another cabinet had minor chips on the front. First I was offered replacement sides. Then I was told that they didn’t have them in stock so the best they could do was refund a partial amount and sell it as demo stock. Considering the price I asked for a refund as the item is so damaged. Not eligible for a refund as original packaging was thrown away. I’ll never order from them again.

Terrible customer service
Called the Richards Bay store on the 30th December and placed an order for two office chairs that were in stock in the pine town warehouse. I messaged after two weeks to enquire and I was told the following week. The following week after three phone calls and the promise of three return calls, I heard nothing. So we drove the hour into store to find out. Almost four weeks later the chairs were still sitting in pine town and no one could give a delivery date. Chairs were cancelled and my money was spent elsewhere
