Worst car warranty
The worst car warranty in the country. I just cancelled them 2 days ago . Worst service and incompetence at its best . I had a cover with them for over 1 year , my car had a problem with engine ( crankshaft sensor). Their cover for engine components was for R5k. They didn’t want to pay , they claimed is ignition issue which they have to pay 1k . I had to pay and worst part I am still waiting for their 1 k even today , it’s been over a month . Please don’t joint this them , they are ***** . I was advised by dealer as well that they do that to many customers . The dealer advised me on dot. Sure warranty which is better

Poor and *********** service
I had insurance with them for over 1 year . I claimed once and the service I got was the poor. My car had an engine problem ( crankshaft sensor) and they covered for engine components for atleast R5k . I was surprised their assessor said it’s an ignition issue because he didn’t want to pay , he only wanted to pay 1 k . I had to pay for myself after over a month. Even that 1 k they haven’t paid it to date . When you call them .i the receptionist are rude and ***********. I’ll advise people not to join this **** of company. Was advised even by dealer that they are the worst , rather try dot. Sure warranty. I even cancelled it and still waiting for my lousy 1 k
