Pool service, false adverti*****t
Application takes a week and poor customer service.. App**** last month and still waiting ...Don't fall for their ****....would appreciate to be contacted ASAP

Application delays due to staff negligence and rude behaivour
App**** for loan and takes more than a week , am bend bound disable, They keep asking for new information I don't have.... Been calling their line and they cut me off... They have my bank statements and payslips but keep on asking for more.... Am very disappointed with the service and how they are making my life a living hell....Been requesting updates for them to call as well . Bad customer service....
