Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF)

Bad Service

I'm very much disappointed in the service I've been receiving from the GEPF, I have been calling and emailing but no response. Last time, I called a lady by RAUNA FILIPE answered the phone, but she was very unprofessional, did even explain what I need to do, she just emailed a FORM, of which I did and emailed it back but I've not received no further communication from her or the office. It's been 2 weeks now my matter is still not resolved. I'm starting to doubt whether my pension is safe with GEPF.

Refund for authorised debit order

I had a very disappointing experience with Visionworks. On 15 March 2026, money was deducted from my account without my permission. To this day, I have not received a refund. I visited the Mall of Africa branch to resolve the issue, but no accountability was taken and my concerns were not addressed. I also tried contacting head office multiple times, but my calls were not answered. The lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Visionworks based on this experience. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and prompt resolution when it comes to financial matters.
