I spent thousands on having a key a repaired. I asked for specifications that were promised would be done and were not followed. I wrote to a customer service rep thrice only to never be rep**** to. The key is currently not evening functioning properly, the boot button does not work at all!! I have begged for help from the dealership and service centre and nobody has assisted me at all. This is very disappointing service from HYUNDAI....!!
I have had the most DISGUSTING experience with Defy!! After many years of buying and using defy products, I decided to stay loyal and buy another washing machine with them, only to discover that they have gone down the drain!! The machine arrived at my house and has not functioned once. The Defy service guy said 'no, this error code is not right, you need a new one' It has been 10 days that I have been waiting for the promised phone call to arrange swopping the machine... they keep promising they will call back to arrange something and never do, I phone them back and they make more empty promises! I have spent so much money and I am having no help in return. They are now ignoring my calls.. this is revolting service and I am on the verge on changing brands.
