Harassment and constant spam calls
Vodacom employs elite mobile to harass people. This company has no way for you to remove your number from their systems and are in contravention of the popi act. I am on the verge of cancelling my contract after 20+ years with Vodacom due to the insane amount of spam calls I am getting from elite mobile (7 calls today). Perhaps Vodacom will assist in protecting my privacy or perhaps they are happy with such vile business being done in their name.

Harassment and ******** sharing of personal information
Worst company in South Africa! Never use them! I have received over 50 spam calls from multiple different numbers so blocking doesn't help either. There is nobody on the other end of the call when I request that my number is removed from there database. I am sick and tired of being harassed every single day including Saturdays and Sundays.
