I have been paying for sim card that was never delivered to me from Urban Life Style, I called and I was told to wait my money has been refunded back to me. I received a message on the 23/01/2026 saying I quote: " Dear Customer. please note that from the end of Jan 2026 onwards, Urban will no longer debit your mobile contract. Debit order will be managed directly from MTN. No action is required from yourself, and your service remains unchanged". Sadly both Urban Life Style and MTN deducted on my account and there was no refund made. I called MTN they say there in nothing on my name and I called couple of times and I was belittled by one of consultants the last time I called Urban Lifestyle Rewards I seriously need help it would be better if I received the card but now I am loosing money.
Hi, December I bought tickets for my kids from Mthatha to Cape Town, and unfortunately I made a mistake buying tickets for 31/01/2026 instead of 31/12/2025. As soon as I realised that I called their office explaining what happened and the lady assisted me was Happiness. And because their tickets were quite pricey for me that time I asked for refund and she told me it takes 7-29 days. On 20/01/2026 I sent an email and Nkosikhona answered and promised that my money will be paid with the next batch and apologising for the inconvenience caused but till today my money is still not refunded and there has been no communication or whatsoever from Eagle liner. I want my money back I have given my details and ticket reference to Happiness and to Nkosinathi and few other people. Regards Very unhappy customer
