Dis-chem Verdi shopping centre. STAY AWAY!!!
My mom and I have come to this Dis-chem for maybe 10 years and I just need to say the management really has gone down or should I SA the staff have gotten incredibly **** attitudes towards their jobs. We send in a detailed script where we break the information down so there is less room for error then they dispense incorrect medication, incorrect quantities, the staff were caught out on this and when we raised the concern it was met with ****y half assed responses and worst of all arrogance. This is the type of thing where I would try to get someone fired over it because you made the mistake you cannot own up to it so you are hostile to a customer strip your temper and are a child. I have to say this sort of behavior from a supposed man stream pharmacy is incredibly pathetic and if I am able to lay a formal complaint against this pharmacy I will… I struggle when people cannot do their jobs especially since we all have jobs in life to do and when someone attempts to make your job easier and you still make very expensive dangerous mistakes it’s problematic. Not to mention they speak about customers behind their backs they gossip very badly I mean what on earth is your business about?!?! I cannot stand the incompetence of this pharmacy and I only hope they fire the staff who make people’s lives hard. Needless to say I will most definitely be looking for another pharmacy!!!

Books Galore Linden - STAY AWAY!
I have to say I am so disappointed with this store they are Books Galore Linden. I phoned to ask if they would be able to purchase about 50-60 books second hand but basically brand new they assured me they would be happy to but had to first evaluate the condition and see what they can offer so I said I would come past today. I drove to them had to get a car guard to help me unload my books and take them to the store where I was met by a rude woman who said did you phone ? So I said I did and was told they would evaluate the books and make me an offer. I get met with we are cashless I can offer you store credit so I said this will not work. I am disappointed because I phoned ahead of time to make sure there was no room for this type of mistake from my end to assume I can sell to them an from a store to assume I would agree to store credit. This was my experience a waste of petrol and my time and I hope people avoid coming here. Pathetic management and pathetic staff!
