Who has also had an issue with DMC where they would give you a paid up letter and then in turn on their side do not Update Credit bereues acordingly? This is what im facing ,and judging from reviews it seems this is what they do ,no ,this is not right.
Very poor service from TransUnion. I have submitted paid-up letters via email requesting my credit profile to be updated, yet my emails are being ignored and no feedback has been provided. Incorrect information remains on my credit report, negatively impacting me financially. A credit bureau should ensure accurate reporting, but TransUnion is failing to communicate or action valid documentation.
I’ve told DMC multiple times that this debt is prescribed from 2022, yet they just ignore it and keep it on my credit report. It’s the only thing stopping me from getting credit, and they don’t care. They drag their feet, give no updates, and act like your rights don’t matter. This is unacceptable. Sort it out, DMC – or expect it reported to NCR and the credit bureaus.
