NO RESPONSE TO ONLINE PURCHASE/****MERS
I ordered wiper arms for my Ford Bantam 1994 on 19th September 2023.Had to make a payment which I did with immediate payment via Capitec.Received an order number and was told that the part will be dispatched once payment is received.This is an online business and no contact details except e-mail and whatsapp.Nobody responds to my e-mails and the person on whatsapp responded that they will get back to me and that was on 22nd September and to date no response.PSE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I THINK THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ****MERS

damaged goods and poor service
I purchased some furniture from Fair Price Atteridgeville.Was told that I must give 7 days notice for delivery which I did.On the day before delivery Thabiso(salesman) informs me that they do not having a ding room set and I would get it by 02/12/2017.Thereafter they deliver 1 to me that has scratches on the glass and 2 chairs are damaged.Spoke to the manager of the store(Jerry) who has no way with customers or a clue of what is happening in his store.Cannot get hold of the Head Office either.Was promised that the goods would be collect by 13h00 today(07/12/2017) but not yet.Want to warn people not to spend your hard earned money at Fair Price because they sell rubbish and are a bunch of liars.I just wonder how long I will have to wait for my refund.FAIR PRICE = RUBBISH GOODS
