Being ****med with false information from AS financial services and NCR cannot help as there system is down
I really need assistance with getting this resolved. So I got a call from the AS financial solutions company which they advised me that they can see I am over paying on my interest rate and with my balance bond and vehicle finance and they can reduce it by R2000. So I said that’s great, they had all my details I just needed to confirm it. Then a debicheck came through on my banking app that I had to accept which I did then I saw it said debt review, I asked the agent won’t this affect my bond application which she confirmed no, as I am in the process of applying for a 2 bedroom because daughter needs her own room as we stay in a 1bedroom. But the bank advised me that it will impact my home loan application so therefor I will incorrectly advised by this company. I contact NCR for assistance and was told that there systems have been done for a few months weeks therefor cannot assist. Please I need someone to assist and get this sorted so the bank does not load the debt review on my account as this will have a negative affect impact on my life. The company AS financial services has no website or contact number that I can call.

Initially I was upset because of my premiums that changed within the same month but the agent that assisted me brought my premium back down
