I have a bad experience with my online purchase from Ackermans probably it's my first and last time I placed an order on the 06 February 2026; I was then notified on the 11 February 2026 that my parcel was out for delivery. I waited for the communication to collect but no message or email was sent to me. I have sent countless emails to Ackermans customer care and courierIT enquiring about the whereabouts of my parcel but I was no help either. Their customer care is no help no response from my emails I then on the 17 February 2026 went to the Port Elizabeth, Kenako Mall Ackermans store which I selected for click and collect for further assistance it was no help either as they claim they haven't received my parcel and I must take it up to the e-commerce department. I'm very frustrated with their service. My last attempt was with courierIT whom later claimed that my parcel was compromised when the delivery vehicle was hijacked. I then sent Ackermans customer care the information provided by the courier company including case numbers they then decided to ignore me. I wish I read reviews before considering my purchase their service is pathetic 😡
