Horrible Service Delivery
I am very disappointed with VOX. I moved from appartments and they are forcing me to cancel my contract and get a new one although the fibre provider is the same and then charging me for cancel a contract. Their support department is lacking to say the least as there is clearly no internal communication and you get different answers from different agents .1 reply
