Their support team is completely clueless and takes ages to respond. Seventeen days after confirming that my account is active, I am suddenly told that the banking details “cannot be confirmed” — despite the fact that I submitted official bank documents on the day of registration. How convenient that this issue only appears now, exactly when funds are supposed to be paid to us. To make matters worse, incorrect municipal rates were assigned even though I submitted the correct municipal bill. At this point, I am seriously considering removing their equipment altogether. The service from this company is beyond pathetic and feels dangerous.
Extremely disappointed. I have been waiting over a month for my deposit refund. Woodford blames the bank, the bank blames Woodford, and as the paying customer I’m left stuck in the middle with no resolution. This level of service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
I’m extremely dissatisfied with Swift Plumbing. While they respond quickly, their pricing is absolutely ridiculous. They charged me over R7,000 to fix a toilet and replace a stop valve. I had to argue to get the amount reduced and still ended up paying more than R5,000. This is pathetic service — not because of the work, but because of the blatant overcharging. Based on other reviews, it seems this isn’t an isolated case. They inflate prices and don’t even stick to their quotes. ⚠️ My advice: Always get multiple quotes before using them. I would not recommend Swift Plumbing to anyone.
