After moving in to my new place I was struggling with my meter number,I called on the 2nd and again on the 17th,they couldn't help me both agents i spoke with,long waits on the calls and still my issue wasn't resolved.Until on the 24th I called the lady was assisting me was very kind and she went extra mile to help me, she resolved my issue in one day,her name was ALICIA. ALICIA sweet darling thank you so much for your help,she cares about her clients and she's hands on,that girl is a hardworker and she deserves a raise really...God bless your beautiful soul sweet darling...
So me and my friend went to hungry lion(24 Feb 2026) we get to the counter to place our order, so when we are busy talking to the gentleman who was assisting us this lady at the back calls him and says something about the something that we were ordering,when he gets back my friend ask him "is everything alright or something is wrong with the menu or something?, and is she talking to you like that in frontof the customers?" And she calls him back again and that moment im busy taking pictures of the menu since I have never tried their chicken fingers. Then I hear her asking why is this lady taking pictures of me and bluh bluh I dont mind her I continued and then they gentleman comes back to finalize our order and do the payment,we leave to run other errands while we waiting on our order. When we get back the securities with her pointing at us "yes this is them they were taking pictures of me" I was confused, I mean we didn't fight with anyone or whatsoever and now we have security called on us. The security tried explain the its not allowed to take pictures here's and this and that, I asked the security so why she didn't approach me and tell me that im not allowed to pictures and called you if I refuse to stop. So I tell her that why you didn't come to me and tell me not take pictures if im not allow because nowadays take pictures everything and everywhere but we do respect POPIA and SAFETY for other people. The attitude she gave when she was responding to my question it's like she forgot she's at work and im the customer she says "I DON'T KNOW YOU AND THERE'S NO NEED FOR ME TO APPROACH YOU" she rolled her eyes at me with the face full of attitude and disgusted. I got very angry at that point i didn't even want the food but my friend insisted that we taking..the security did check my phone there was no picture of her but the menu,they told her but she didn't bother to apologize. That lady doesn't deserve to work in the hospitality industry her attitude and her pride isn't for hospitality she needs to be FIRED. I work in the hospitality industry as well and pains to experience that horrible knowing how I prioritize guest at my work, im really hurt. And I bet you it wasn't her first time doing this she's used to it and always get away with it. HUNGRYLION KEYWESTMALL they can do better if they care about their customers because that lady doesn't belong there,she's very rude. And they were not wearing name tags I dont understand why is that. They should have name tag its part of the uniform. And they need training #Customers Service #Friendlyness #Wear proper uniform.....I would like that lady to removed from work she doesn't love her job and definitely not proud to be working there....
