Worst experience ever we askes for an early check on one of our rooms just to keep oir bags safe nothing much they refused an let us crry round the beach until one of us lost a bag with her belongings including id and cellphone So when we checked in we also did mention. That will be checking out early.ok we both agreed when we to check out and get our breakage fee we were told that we should have wait until 10 for their staff to report to work ecen now we still waiting for the to communicate

Ok Can the accumulations stop until i finish my payments
I loved rain until now .this what they said to me The account is currently suspended and will remain as is until payment is made. When i told them i cant be paying for something m not using but payments keeps accumalating
