I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding poor service and lack of resolution from both Shoprite and PayJustNow. I purchased a R100 voucher, but I never received it because it was sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I have already explained this situation to both parties. Shoprite advised me to contact PayJustNow for a refund, while PayJustNow is now referring me back to Shoprite. This back-and-forth has been extremely frustrating and unhelpful. As a customer, I should not be sent between companies without a proper solution.

I logged a fibre fault with Openserve and received ticket number 28ATK140326. I was expecting assistance, but there has been no update and the issue is still not resolved. It is very frustrating to be without internet and not receive clear communication about when the problem will be fixed or when a technician will be sent. Please can Openserve urgently follow up on this ticket and provide an update on when the service will be restored.
My account was debited twice for the same payment, even though I have already paid the required amount. This has caused me inconvenience, as the second deduction was not expected .I want my refund ASAP.
