Awaiting refund for 15 months
Waiting for refund from December 2024. Been calling and sending emails for 15 months now joy. They keep promising, but no action. The customer care Supervior has been on lunch since 2024. The agents won't let you speak to their finance department. They cant give you a date of payment. Everytime you call, its a 15 day waiting period. They refuse to let me book a trip instead of the refund. So they hoping that I would just one day give up, then they can take my hard earned money. Refund booking no :STBF21V01

Unauthorized payment deducted
DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA. I WOULD GIVE THEM A -1 🌟 they debited my account with no authorization and no service. They have not agreed to a refund. I am still waiting for an installation of the equipment. They refuse to cancel and refund. I have the installer still waiting for a date to instal. How do I get my money back?
