I didn't purchase anything from them, money was transferred by mistake, now they keep on proposing refund date. Whenever l want to talk to the manager they refuse. Their refund procedure take 7 to 14 days l requested my money back on the 26 February until today nothing. Their call center agents are ****s and ****s, everyday when l phone they keep on saying "we escalating your matter to the supervisor he/she will call back" but no one calls. Now l just spoke the other agent she told me nothing was escalated Ayanda.
I paid R9000.00 and l didn't purchase anything. Now l want my refund their sending me from pillar to post. I have sent all my documents. They don't want to give me the number for their financial department or email address for financial department. No one wants to help or assist.
