They dont honour, telephonic appointments or pitch up for a appointment @ their officie in Brooklynn Pretoria. Their email address inf0@freshstartlawcentre.co.za is also not monitored. After holding on for 50 minutes on my cellphone still no answer on any of their telephone numbers.
Since day 1 I had speed problems. My 20Mb line is very seldom close to what I am paying for. Support spend every weekend to solve the problem. On Friday my speed drop to 0.20Mb. Called support - they tried to fixed this issue the whole weekend. Even send out a Technician whom cant fixed the issue. On Monday they promised that Senior Support and management will sort this out. Still same problem. The CEO and Senior management doesn't respond to my emails and are to busy to take my call !!! Very quick to take the sale and collect the money but when it comes to service there is NON !!! Stay away from them as far as possible. Prices are too good to be true...
<p>A call was logged yesterday afternoon when my internet went down. The agent @ support promised that a technician will be sent out the same day. The sun was shinning but nobody come out. I phoned @ 08h00 this morning and was peomised that a technician will definitely come out. 10h00 when i phoned the agent was surprised that nothing's been sorted out and promised again to follow up. At 12h30 when i phoned the agent used the excuse of the weather conditions. Wow that is strange because the sun is shinning and their is no weather that can interfere with the work. No agent or technician phoned me back to give me a reason why nobody is coming to sort out my problem. This is 2 weeks since I subscribed and i am very disappointed in Skyfi's support service. <p>I paid over R5000 for installation and 1 month that is supposed to go of on pro-rata on the next bill. Installation was done on the 21st of February 2017. Could only used the internet yesterday after 16h00 because there was a speed link problem. Today i received a full invoice for a new month but nothing is decucted. The speed is not what os advertised. I ordered a 20mb but it never reached close to it. The highest was 16mb for a hour or 2. Since this afternoon when i got home the speed is stuck between 2 & 3 mb. No after hour support. Emails and phone calles are wasted. The service is worse than telkom. The biggest mistake i ever made was to trust this pty on their add. They dont believe in service. I had to phone 5-8 times a day for them to fixed the line speed. Why why why ??? I understand that the speed wont be 20mb constant but if i receive 2-3mb there is definitely something wrong. Come on Skyfi fix this problem and show people you care about business.</p>

I am sequestrated 5 years ago but Nedbank still has this FSE legal that try to collect debt <br> Their emails on [Email Removed] bounce back and when I phoned them they have an attitude.
