Old debt ( prescribed), and wanting collect is illegal
Nedbank Account , Reference: ********** ********** 69 FSE Attorneys correspondence with my email account, started out on the 29 July 2011 till 23 January 2012. From the 23 January 2012 till 18 Jan 2015, there was no correspondence, nor any payment made towards this account. During this cycle 3 years was exceeded, and on the basis of this “Prescription” has been met, according to the Prescription Act 68 of 1969, section (10) 1. In addition to this account, there was no mention of any summons or judgement, nor any record on all the credit reports I extracted since 2010. My legal representatives have communicated with you in this regard, and no due correspondence was done in this regard. Please resolve this matter urgently with my legal representative.

Bulling Collection Services, or Attorneys
This organisations, claims to be attorneys working for Nedbank. This company seem to be operated by bullies. They called me about an account and I asked them to send me proof and legal documents showing that they are appointed by Nedbank and the account they are talking about does exists. Calimpilo Madonsela, told me, the rule is I either make an arrangement with him, or they will keep on bulling me until I pay them some money. Reg: 2016/005637/21 under the name Edelstein Farber Grobler (EFG attorneys, sometimes FSE attorneys, as they call themselves)

Bulling Collection Services, or Attorneys
This organisations, claims to be attorneys working for Nedbank. This company seem to be operated by bullies. They called me about an account and I asked them to send me proof and legal documents showing that they are appointed by Nedbank and the account they are talking about does exists. <p>FSE Attorneys / EFG Attorneys are trying to collect a prescribed debt from a Nedbank account I had , I have sent them countless emails with no response and I have called there offices.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

<p>For the past 2 years I get messages & phone calls from FSE Attorneys that they will take legal action against me as my nedbank acc is in arrears -Acc no NC074789 @ Tel 0861 33 22 33</p> <p>I have phoned on several occations and also the ladies who phoned me to tell them that I do not have a account with Nedbank and that my Cell 083 4083589 belong to JC COETZEE for the past 20 years</p> <p>They obviously have the incorrect cell no for the person who the account belong to</p> <p>They have promissed to rectify theit/r records but to date this does not pappen</p> <p>I need them to rectify their records and stop sending me these mmessages as this acc does not belong to me</p>

<p>please cal i get some assistance , i am waiting since the 06/05/2016 for a paid up letter . i di explain the matter of urgency to the consultants but they keep telling me that the matter has been escalated !!!!</p> <p>the confirmed that the proof of payment has been recieved but yet i am awaiting confirmation. </p> <p> </p> <p>i need this letter asap !!!!!</p>

i spoke to Ashton this morning as i requested my Statement and only to find that they charge me a Commission Fee of R1000, but i ask him cant i get a settlement discount and he said it was given in December but i never got the sms or an e-mail for the discount, why did i get the discount and the way you bill its not far cause now it actual double. now i ask him since i didn't get the discount i need one so i can settle my account today and is the commission charge is so high
