I have purchased an item from this store that they indicated was available. I have been waiting and waiting since the 3rd October 2022. Now I see on their site they say the delivery is complete, but I have not and I did not receive my order. This reliable store is not so reliable and seem like a scam. never order from them.
Hi, I wanted to do business with this provided for a solution to provide internet based television, but before I could subscribe my Wits said chat with them on social media. The chat was very bad, this person doesn't have professional conduct at all, it seems its a one man show, who disregards customers. I was not even yet a customer, but was treated like garbage. Do not give this service your banking details, I don't think they are professional enough to keep your details private or even comply with privacy laws. Be Warned.
I check activities on my credit record every time and I have just realized that this company did an enquiry on my credit. I did not apply for any credit with them or give anyone permission to do so. This cannot be legal, for companies to just run credit check randomly on citizens.
They were experiencing a problem with their own system for collecting debit orders. But they called me daily and smsed me every hour to tell me that I owe them an installment, whereas it is their system that is experiencing problems with collecting debit orders. This typevof harassment is unfair and unethical, when they know very well, I have provided money for them to collect and it is their system failing to do its job.
I needed a good bakkie to fulfill my off-road life style and I got very good advice from Auto Xtreme, Hossain was very helpful. I will definitely recommend this dealership. I will drive the car for few Months and update you on the car's performance.
Never take a policy with this company, Capitec is scaming people together with centriq. I have a policy with capitec funeral, policy number: CF31125505, I submitted a claim on the 8th November 2021 after loosing my mother. Today is the 12th and I have not received any feedback. I have submitted all documents on Monday, but still no feedback. I called customer care to no help, even requested a spervisor and a Busisiwe Masuku, responded as the supervisor and informed me that I just have to wait for them to give me feedback, she cant help me other than sending an email to the claims department. Thier promise is "We pay within 4 hours", today its 4 days and no feedback at all. Its a scam stay away, and cancel if already with them.
I requested a quotation from MWeb, which they indicated that they will offer me the following service: 1. Free installation, 2. Free router, 3. Free Connection, 4. Free delivery and 5. 1 Month Free. on a Month to Month contract I liked the offer and asked them to process the deal. The installation team came to install on the 27th July 2021, they couldn't complete the installation as the router was not delivered. The router was only delivered on the 30 July 2021. All of a sudden MWeb claims my services have been active as from the 28th and therefore I have to pay a pro rata from the 28 to 31 July 2021, my question was what services am I paying for if you only offered me services from the 30th and why am I paying when your advert indicated a 1 Month free service. I was told that how their system works and they can't change it and I can cancel if I want. When I say great, cancel, I was told I now have to pay for the router, installation and delivery fees, but all this were said to be free and I can cancel whenever I want as its a month to month contract. LIARS
I had a network problem with Rain 4G in my area where I felt I was just being charged without receiving any service as I could not connect 80% of the time when at home. I therefore cancelled the services with Rain, but they continued to debit my account. I complained about this and Lady by name of Mamotshabi Motaung responded and her service was brilliant, I can't fault her for company issues but the service I received made me realize that there are people out there who take their jobs serious and who offer customers respect and great service.
This bank since the beginning has been giving me grieve. In February I realised that I have lost about 30K as one of the predefined and registered beneficiaries was registered with a wrong name, stating that the beneficiary is Homeloan Standard Bank, whereas the beneficiary is just homechoice store. I paid 30k to the wrong account and capitec can’t get my money back. Now 11 June I buy airtime 100 bugs for my Telkom prepaid using their app, my number has been on my beneficiaries for many years and I bought airtime using the app without any issues. This time my airtime was not loaded on my phone, I call them and they told me it was loaded on a wrong number. How is that possible when I did not personally capture a number but just selected my beneficiary name, which loads airtime to my phone. They told me maybe someone logged into your baking app and changed your beneficiary with their number and after you have loaded airtime, they changed it bank, really?? This was from a guy called Brendan who indicated he was a team leader for their contact centre. He further told me there is nothing capitec can do, the airtime is lost. If their system are this unsafe, why should we trust our money with them, if you bank here move very fast, before you loose your salary to someone you don’t know and the bank will not do anything to assist you.
