Good day, I did an application for withdraw from my savings based on the two pot system. It was estimated to be completed by 8 Oct 2024, as I have submitted this by the 16 Sep 2024. I have no feedback, nor any correspondences as yet. According to my TAX profile these is no tax directive been submitted. Please advise me accordingly, or drive the correct expectation. Regards, J

Good day, I recently underwent debt review, implying that I have an agreement with a PDA, on repayments. SARS accidently paid my refund into an old Standard Bank Account. How do I reverse this into new account which is in another financial institution? Your assistance will be highly appreciated. Regards,
Good day, I recently app**** for a loan through MCG Finance, and was offered a loan. The strange thing about this loan, was that I had to make a deposit of 2499 prior to them releasing the loan amount. This is very odd, as I was looking for a loan, but I was required give money. I may be desperate, but cannot fall for some ****ming. NCR & people out there, take note of such scrupulous behavior of registered business that kniving people into such. There is no explicit mention of any such T& C's prior to applying, and renders a waste of time.
Kindly note , I tried to engage for better premium, as my cost of car decreased. Instead dial-direct increased the premium. I resort to another insurance offered a competitor price, and so I have moved on. Please refrain from any debit order deductions. If insurance's cared for customers, they would surely maintain customers, and not to be to hasty to adjust prices, especially when car prices depreciate. Regards, John

Good day, I did an EFT withdrawal on 19 Jan 2023 at 17:51pm. Apart from any technical challenges, this matter should of been resolved already. This highly unacceptable, and there no promises to resolve. Please resolve urgently.
Good day, I have been an active member since 2003.. Whenever my MSA was exhausted, the insurance catered for the consultation costs. This was always activated for this purposes. Is there an issue with this facility or how best is this resolved? Please assist urgently.
