<p>i have cancelled my telkom contract and they have supplied me with a paid up letter to my suprise i spoke to a consultant yesterday and she advised me that there is a credit on the cancelled policy that needs to be refunded to me she then rquested me to contact 10210 to logg this . anyway i then call them today and to my suprise a consultant tthat i spoke to tells me that there is nothing due to me it is a outstanding amount to telkom which is such a contradiction. she then requested me to hold and comes bck to me to tell me that a dispute needs to be logged . this is seriously not the first bad experince with TELKOM customer care ...lets not talk about the rude staff at the branch is adderley street that is a completely different book for another day !!! Anyway i need this dispute to be resolved as the consultant promised me feedback within 47 hours !!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>the clock is ticking </p>
<p>please cal i get some assistance , i am waiting since the 06/05/2016 for a paid up letter . i di explain the matter of urgency to the consultants but they keep telling me that the matter has been escalated !!!!</p> <p>the confirmed that the proof of payment has been recieved but yet i am awaiting confirmation. </p> <p> </p> <p>i need this letter asap !!!!!</p>
<p>i have been struggling with african bank since last week 06/05/2016 all i need from them is two paid up letters for both accounts that was settled in full i have been calling all the time but they keep telling me that a request has been sent for the letters. they ar quick to call you when the installment is not paid but when you need something in return they dont care ! </p>
<p>i have been struggling for the past week to get hold of customer care on 011 5604734 but the number rings and then gets cutt off , all i need is confirmation that 2 of my accounts were settled but what more do i need to get assistance . </p>
I have on numerous occasions requested for the retirement policy to be cancelled but to date I have not heard back from old mutual and I was forced to place a stop payment on my account...so the question I ask myself is...what if I should pass away would my children wanting to claim also be treated this unfairly????<br> <br> Myself and my husband have money invested with old mutual as well as our life policies and our will and I am sorry to say but I am disgusted with the level of service ive received from OLD MUTUAL . <br> <br> I need for you to send me all the policy documents for all the policies we have with old mutual , <br> <br> Then finally I need my money to be refunded to me for the retirement policy I know it's not much but it is the principal behind it and I am not going to complete any more forms because as you will see attached the forms that was sent to me on two occasions were incorrect , I did by the way return the forms to old mutual but to date still await a response so I don't want another incompetent person sending me the incorrect forms
I called the tracker call centre 2 days ago to request them to cancel my Tracker contracts as both the vehicles are sold this guy that helped me just kept telling me that someone will call me within 24-48 hours from the following number 0115951500 to proceed with the cancellation of the contract but I am still waiting . <br> <br> It is things like this that gets us consumers annoyed !!!! <br> <br> we are made empty promises buy service providers and they do not deliver !!! <br> <br> I want this contracts cancelled asap as you guys debit my account every month .
