<p>TNT Express is unproffesional , unreliable and nothing short of useless.</p> <p>19 emails , 6 Whatsapp messages and endless calls later.</p> <p>I have been waiting on my parcel for almost a month, the past week I have made endless calls , staff are just rude , calls get dropped and nobody can give me feedback.</p> <p>TNT is an international organisation and its not my problem if there network crashed, what happened to contingency plans? Do yourself a favour and never, I repeat never use them!</p>
<p>FSE Attorneys / EFG Attorneys are trying to collect a prescribed debt from a Nedbank account I had , I have sent them countless emails with no response and I have called there offices.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>On 17 November 2016 I contacted RCS for a settlement amount and I paid it that very day.</p> <p>The lady at the Game Store had me complete a settlement form which she fowarded to there closures department.</p> <p>I requested a copy and forwarded it to the very address the folowing day.</p> <p>Its been 2 months later and the account has not been closed and each time i call there contact centre I get a different story.</p> <p>I have various emails i have sent to them , which not 1 was responded too.</p> <p>On 11 January 2017 I spoke to a lady Kerisha REF: ********** 02457 who advised that my query has been escalated and the account has been closed.</p> <p>12 January 2017 I spoke to another consultant who then put me on hold while he went to look for a manager as suddenly there was a balance on the account again.</p> <p>I need to have this resolved as soonest as!!!</p>
