i spoke to Ashton this morning as i requested my Statement and only to find that they charge me a Commission Fee of R1000, but i ask him cant i get a settlement discount and he said it was given in December but i never got the sms or an e-mail for the discount, why did i get the discount and the way you bill its not far cause now it actual double. now i ask him since i didn't get the discount i need one so i can settle my account today and is the commission charge is so high
Had a problem with my Nedbank card at the atm so I decide to withdraw at pick n pack, the lady ask me how much I need to withdraw and I wanted R2000 and she said it's still I don't have that kind of and what do you want to do, she was shouting and rude and she was like go to the other till but what I couldn't understand is why was she shouting and she need to respect me, I might be young but she have to respect. Thanks to the manager help to atleast withdraw R500
I submitted a claim form last week Monday at the the edenvale branch, but till today I haven't received anything, but with the first claim since I have twins I received a confirmation sms regarding my application, after 2 days I got the money that i claimed, so now I don't understand why I have to wait this long cause I was advised that I will only get my money next week the 13th which is no fair, mostly with the insurance company the turn up time the longest is 48hours and I thought with the bank it's easy to claim but compare to the insurance company this is the worst, I wonder if with all the policies that I have with Nedbank it will take this long, cause if its the case we have a problem all the tell you They are experiencing high volume. If it was that case once they receive a claim they should process it there and if they have all the document what are they still waiting for.
