I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Vodacom and the ongoing issues on my account. Firstly, I signed a contract for a Flexi 160 plan, but I am now being billed for a Flexi 170 plan without my consent. This change was never explained to me or approved by me. Secondly, I requested that my cellphone insurance be cancelled, yet I continue to be billed for insurance on my account. Despite raising this issue, nothing has been done to resolve it. There have also been several other concerning issues on my account. A voucher was taken on my account even though I never purchased or paid for it. In addition, airtime on my account has disappeared without any explanation. These problems have caused incorrect billing and unnecessary financial loss. It is unacceptable for a customer to experience so many unresolved issues on one account. I am requesting that Vodacom urgently investigate the following: • Correct the contract plan back to the Flexi 160 that I originally agreed to • Cancel the cellphone insurance immediately and reverse any charges billed after my cancellation request • Investigate the voucher that was taken on my account without payment • Explain and reverse the airtime that disappeared from my account • Correct my account balance and provide a clear explanation of the charges I have supporting invoices and screenshots that show these issues. I expect Vodacom to take this matter seriously and provide a prompt resolution.
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my experience with EasyEquities. On 17 February 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request from my EasyEquities account. To date, my funds have still not been made available as withdrawable funds, and I have not received any clear explanation or assistance from their support team. My attempts to resolve the issue directly have only resulted in automated responses, with no meaningful resolution. In addition, I cancelled the debit orders linked to share purchases from my bank account. Despite cancelling these debit orders, funds were still deducted from my account without my authorisation after the cancellation. This has caused significant concern and financial inconvenience. I have now escalated the matter to the FAIS Ombud, and my complaint has been assigned a reference number for investigation. However, I am still hoping that EasyEquities will urgently address this matter and release my funds. I would appreciate a clear explanation and immediate assistance in resolving this issue.
